Adam Mahmoud, Career Coach – Clark

He/Him – Hi, I’m Adam! I am a career coach who believes that every young adult deserves to see possibility in themselves — even when the world hasn’t shown it to them yet. With over a decade of experience in workforce development, business leadership, and mentorship, I specialize in helping individuals navigate uncertainty, build confidence, and discover their own unique path forward.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand that success isn’t linear. Many young adults are told there’s only one “right” path, and my mission is to challenge that narrative. I meet people where they are, help them overcome barriers, and connect them to opportunities they may not have known existed. I take a people-first approach — listening deeply, celebrating small wins, and creating structure and strategy when things feel overwhelming.

Nothing motivates me more than watching someone realize, “I can do this.” Outside of work, you can usually find me hiking a new trail or working on art projects. Creative expression and the outdoors keep me grounded and remind me that growth happens one step at a time.
