With more than 15 years of public‑and private‑sector experience in economic and business development, including over a decade in management, Jill brings both strategic vision and operational discipline to her work.
Throughout her career, she’s led initiatives that retain jobs, attract multi-million‑dollar investment, and strengthen regional competitiveness, while building the public‑private partnerships that make long‑term impact possible.
Her work is grounded in creating meaningful, measurable outcomes that enhance regional competitiveness and foster healthy, thriving communities across the Pacific Northwest.
