About My Show

As a public health professional who understands how relationships influence quality of life and health outcomes, and as a pastoral counselor who has learned the tools and techniques to help people interact with others in a healthy way, it’s important to me that relationship tools and techniques are given to people as soon as possible to cultivate healthy relationships from the inside out instead of as last resort to try to save their relationships. Therefore, Heart-2-Heart: The Reality of Relationship explores the hard and easy realities of relationships, why these realities exist, and relationship solutions to help us more healthily interact with those whom we interact with.
