Spooky season is officially here, and Flick Fix is getting into the Halloween spirit! This month, we’re diving into the bloody, chaotic world of Resident Evil and taking a look at the bizarre world of television with Primetime. Then, for our Spotlight Review, we’re heading into the woods with the 2012 horror-comedy The Cabin in the Woods! We’re digging beneath the surface to uncover the film’s surprisingly clever themes, its hilarious and sarcastic take on horror movies, and how it manages to make fun of an entire genre while celebrating everything we love about it. It’s horror, humor, and a little existential dread. You know, typical Halloween fun!
