The Women’s Mosaic: Dr. Falguni Shah, Part 1 1-27-26

Dr. Falguni Shah immigrated to the U.S. from Mumbai, India in 2001 with big dreams and a deep commitment to learning and service.She recently spoke at the Pathways to Flourishing health equity summit organized by Odyssey World International Education and held at Washington State University Vancouver. Karen Morrison and Elizabeth Madrigal talk with her about her new book titled,”From Gaslighting to Truthlighting:A New Framework for Advancing Fair Opportunities for Women In The Workplace.”

Dr. Shah holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Adler University, a Master’s in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor’s in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Mumbai. With over 20 years in healthcare, she blends clinical expertise, systems thinking, and cultural humility, having held leadership roles in community mental health and federally qualified health centers.
